Disaster, whether it is natural or man-made, has a huge impact on our daily life. Man is altogether helpless when the natural catastrophe hits hard. Global warming and the rise in sea level results in frequent floods, earthquakes, and landslides, and so on. PMI has come up with this relief fund camp, where the contribution from this fund will be used to help those affected by any kind of natural disaster or accident across the nation. At the time of disaster we reach out by distributing (or sending) food items, or sometimes even we provide direct financial support to individuals or families affected by the disaster. During Bihar floods, we send food items, clothes, and blankets for the flood-affected communities across the state. Apart from sending relief package, in some cases, we helped by joining hands with others and volunteered to help on the ground. PMI even send volunteers to help, for groundwork at the time of Dehradun disaster relief work (landslides and flood).
