PMI has been serving them through various tutoring programs. Currently, more than 80 children are being tutored either at the PMI center or in the slum itself. The “Back to School” program of PMI has been able to see 67 children be enrolled in the local government school so far. These things will be very difficult without getting to know the kids and families personally.

Many awareness programs are organised for the women and children of the slum community like human trafficking and child safety program recently held by BBA Organisation.

On a regular basis donated clothes are given to help the needy slum families. Every winter PMI collects blankets to distribute, at random, to the people on the streets of Delhi.
